At Viasox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks don't provide the perfect fit or comfort you expected, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
